Support Labour Rates

MRB Managed Backup Services include installation, configuration and ongoing technical support to ensure backup jobs are operational onsite and offsite.  If technical assistance is required for example: disk drives are full, reconfiguration of backup jobs due to network changes, or data recovery.

For any technical assistance not covered in your service level agreement then our services will be on a chargable basis.  Travel expenses are not included in the rates below and will be charged per KM.
