Client base increasingly blue chip

At start-up in August 2010, our original plan was to provide the smaller business owner and retail outlet with a backup solution that was robust, cost effective, secure and automated. We are proud to still be associated with our first 5 customers, all of whom fall into this category, and they are a testament to the quality and reliability of our product and managed service.

During the first two years of our operation we managed to secure the supply of our services to companies such as the Spar Group and all their retail outlets whether city based or remote outposts. This valued customer has surpassed the 5 year relationship mark with our Group, and is again a testament to our support, flexibility, and hands on management style.

During the last 5 years, Mr Backup Group has expanded to Africa and to our European base in London, and we have slowly with measured intent driven our sales into the very heart of the medium to corporate and enterprise markets. We now supply international blue chip companies and are respected for our integrity and responsive edge wherever we go.

Our moves to encompass all facets of backup, restoration, replication, storage, archiving, cloud computing and the rest of the advancing technologies, have always been at the forefront of our customer’s requirements. We are not flippant nor conservative, but we are surefooted and very fast on the response when ensuring our customers are informed and supported!
